I respectfully request a minimum 24hrs in advance notice if you must change or cancel your appointment. I understand unfortunate circumstances come up that are out of our control. With that being said, please be responsible and respectful to my business by letting me know you can’t make it to your appointment ahead of time. This helps me to adjust my schedule. Cancellations and or no shows without a 24hr notice can result in a %50 service charge of your service missed. Automatic reminders are sent for your convenience and readiness. Please arrive on time! If your going to be late, please let me know ahead of time, this way I can adjust my schedule accordingly. Please understand if you are 15 minutes late or longer, I may not have enough remaining time during your appointment slot to provide your service to you. Resulting in a $15 late fee before you can reschedule your next appointment. I will go above and beyond for you. With that being said, please respect my time, and I will always respect yours!
